Batting:
You can provide your own batting or choose from one of these quality Hobbs Heirloom
products.  You'll find these prices very competitive!

  • Hobbs Heirloom Premium Cotton Batting  - $0.0025/sq. inch
This Heirloom premium cotton blend is 80% cotton and 20% polyester.  This cotton batting will
give your quilt a flat, traditional look.  Loft approximately 1/8 inch.
  • Hobbs Polydown Low-Loft Batting  -  $0.002/sq. inch
This is the ultimate polyester batting that will give your quilt a soft, silky feel.  Loft
approximately 1/8 inch.
  • Hobbs 100% Polyester Batting  -  $0.002/sq. inch
This is a traditional polyester batting with approximately 1/4 inch loft.


Cotton batting "breathes" and is heavier than polyester batting.  Polyester batting is more
lightweight, dries faster, and is warmer than cotton batting.

If you provide your own batting:
Batting should be at least 6 inches wider and 6 inches longer than your quilt top, and should
be suitable for machine quilting.

All unused batting will be returned to you.
